NormCyber triumphs at teiss Awards with top security title

Today

NormCyber has been awarded the title of Best Incident Response Solution at the 2025 teiss Awards.

This recognition adds to a series of recent accolades for NormCyber, highlighting the company's range of managed cyber security services. The teiss Awards commend the company for its breach management capacities and its approach that integrates cyber security with data protection services.

The company's Cyber Incident Response Solution is distinguished by using a team comprising CREST-accredited Computer Security Incident Response Teams (CSIRT) alongside data protection experts. This setup enables businesses to tackle breach prevention and incident response effectively.

Wayne Churchill, CEO of NormCyber, expressed his satisfaction at receiving this latest award, saying, "We are proud to be awarded this trophy and to maintain our winning streak with yet another top honour. Our incident response solution exemplifies the best our combined focus on cyber security and data protection can offer."

"We developed this service to give organisations a clear advantage against evolving cyber threats and this customer-centricity continues to serve as our North Star. To now also gain the approval of the large and prestigious teiss Awards judging panel reinforces our belief that this comprehensive and customer-led approach is the best defence on the modern cyber risk landscape."

The Cyber Incident Response Solution achieved top marks across four key evaluation criteria:

  • Innovation and Uniqueness: Does it offer a unique solution to a specific cyber security problem? Does it differentiate itself from existing solutions in the market?
  • Technical Feasibility: Are the solution's technical foundation solid? Does it adhere to industry-standard security principles and best practices? Can it scale to accommodate an evolving threat landscape?
  • Performance: Does the solution have a proven track record of effectively mitigating cyber-security threats (with metrics that demonstrate performance and real-world impact)?
  • Communication: Is the pitch clear, concise, easy to understand and engaging?

NormCyber's offerings include services such as Incident Response On-Demand, Incident Response Retainer, and Incident Response Readiness Assessment, allowing organisations to prepare for and respond to cyber threats efficiently.

Prior to this latest accolade, NormCyber was named Best Cyber Security Company at the UK Business Technology Awards and received recognition at the PICCASO Awards for excellence in data privacy and security management. These awards reflect NormCyber's extensive service offerings and strengthen its reputation in the cyber security sector. This recent recognition at the teiss Awards is a testament to the company's ongoing commitment to delivering effective cyber risk management solutions for its clients, the company states.

NormCyber, established in 2015, seeks to provide comprehensive cyber security services and boasts a detailed portfolio that includes data protection, risk management, compliance, and an always-operational Security Operations Centre.
