Thu, 2nd Oct 2025

KnowBe4 has announced its participation in the Microsoft Security Store Partner Ecosystem, enabling customers to more easily procure and deploy security solutions.

KnowBe4's inclusion in the partner ecosystem means its customers now have access to streamlined processes that aim to support accelerated security outcomes and improve operational efficiency. The company was chosen for this initiative due to its track record of working with Microsoft Security technologies and its willingness to collaborate on new developments and provide feedback.

Partner ecosystem

As a result of this partnership, KnowBe4's platform, which addresses human and agentic AI risk management, is made available through Microsoft's marketplace. The company reports that this will provide customers with increased integration and broader access to security tools.

"We are honoured to be a launch partner for the Microsoft Security Store Partner Ecosystem, which reinforces our commitment to providing customers with seamless, integrated security offerings. This collaboration enables us to deliver our world-class human and agentic AI risk management platform directly through Microsoft's trusted marketplace. KnowBe4's AI powered human risk management in combination with Microsoft Security offerings allows our customers to build a robust cyber defence in depth strategy. This partnership exemplifies how the collective expertise within Microsoft's network drives better security outcomes for businesses of all sizes," said Stuart Clark, Senior Vice President of Product Management at KnowBe4.

Security store approach

Microsoft has positioned the Security Store initiative as a way for organisations to simplify their cybersecurity approach. This is accomplished by aggregating a curated set of solutions and AI agents for easier discovery and integration. Dorothy Li, Corporate Vice President, Security Copilot, Ecosystem and Marketplace, Microsoft, outlined the goals of the Security Store.

"The Microsoft Security Store is designed to simplify and strengthen how organisations approach cybersecurity. By offering a curated selection of trusted solutions and AI agents, we help Security and IT teams quickly find, purchase, and deploy technologies that integrate seamlessly with Microsoft Security. With simplified billing, streamlined deployment, and verified integrations, the Security Store empowers defenders to accelerate their response, improve their security posture, and focus on what matters most."

KnowBe4 is actively working with Microsoft on the ongoing development of the Security Store, providing insights on service features, integration, and end-user needs. By offering certified products and AI agents that are designed to integrate with Microsoft Security products, KnowBe4 aims to help organisations identify and deploy technologies that suit their requirements.

Centralised procurement

The Microsoft Security Store seeks to establish a centralised approach for cybersecurity procurement and deployment. Organisations can use the store to simplify the process of discovering and acquiring an array of security solutions and AI agents. By providing features such as industry framework alignment, simplified billing, and guided deployment, Microsoft intends to help security teams reduce operational complexity, adopt solutions more quickly, and maximise security investments.

Through the Security Store, KnowBe4 is making its offerings available to organisations seeking to accelerate security outcomes through integrated, easily deployable solutions. Products available through this channel are certified for integration with Microsoft technologies.

With more than 70,000 organisations worldwide already using its services, KnowBe4 focuses on human risk management and cybersecurity education. Its platform includes modules aimed at compliance training, cloud email security, coaching, anti-phishing measures, and AI Defence Agents. By collaborating with Microsoft in the new store ecosystem, KnowBe4 expects to further its reach and respond to evolving cybersecurity needs.
