Tue, 8th Apr 2025

N-able has announced new additions to its Technology Alliance Program, adding to its platform's capability to meet evolving IT and cybersecurity needs.

The integration of solutions from leading third-party vendors expands the company's offerings within the N-able Ecoverse, designed to cater to the increased complexity and cybersecurity challenges faced by IT professionals. This initiative positions N-able to provide an enhanced range of solutions that improve automation and operational efficiency while reinforcing cyber resilience.

IT professionals require a diverse range of technologies to address the growing complexity of IT systems, cyber threats, and vast data sets. N-able's partnerships with industry-leading technology companies aim to provide tools that help partners deliver secure, tailored IT management services, allowing them to effectively manage the changing digital environment.

N-able's Director of Business Development, Dave Lefkowitz, commented on the announcement, "We're thrilled to announce these new integrations, which significantly expand the options available to our partners as they look to enhance IT management and security for their customers. The flexibility and variety these integrations bring to the N-able Ecoverse allow MSPs to choose the solutions that best meet their clients' needs, allowing them to stay ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving digital landscape and more efficiently battle growing cyberthreats."

Among the new integrations in N-able's Technology Alliance Program are solutions such as Xurrent, an AI-powered IT Service Management (ITSM) platform enhancing automation capabilities directly within N-central. Xurrent ITSM facilitates automated ticket creation, intelligent workflow automation, and real-time system monitoring.

Another addition is SeedPod Cyber, an AI-driven Insurtech platform, which provides partners with seamless cyber insurance solutions and Tech Errors & Omissions insurance for themselves, integrated within N-central.

ScalePad Lifecycle Manager, another inclusion, offers an advanced system for automating IT asset lifecycle management. Its enhanced integration aims to enrich asset data within N-central, boosting resilience, efficiency, and service delivery.

Rewst's integration with N-central now includes connectivity with Cove to simplify daily operations, enabling users to automate processes such as device onboarding, backup monitoring, ticketing, billing, and invoice reconciliation.

Derdack Signl4 is a mobile incident management and notification platform that, when integrated with N-central, provides fast, automated notifications for critical incidents. This aims to help businesses respond to urgent threats effectively, thereby reducing downtime and minimizing risks.

Additionally, Webroot by OpenText DNS Protection integrates with both N-central and N-sight, delivering improved cybersecurity features. This integration offers capabilities to block malicious websites and prevent phishing attacks, enhancing security for end-users and reducing associated operational risks.

These integrations reflect N-able's strategic efforts to equip its partners with advanced tools for efficient IT management, particularly for small to midmarket companies across various sectors.
