Ironscales unveils Autopilot to boost AI email security

Today

IRONSCALES has unveiled its Winter 2024 Release featuring new AI-powered capabilities aimed at improving email security against evolving threats.

The centrepiece of the release is Autopilot, a solution using multi-modal machine learning to automate the detection and remediation of email security incidents. This tool allows businesses to enhance their security measures and tailor the level of automation according to their specific needs for oversight and monitoring.

Additional capabilities include Adaptive AI SPAM Hygiene, DMARC Management for Outbound Security and Authentication, and Automated Preferred Language Selection for Security Awareness Training Videos. These features aim to bolster automated defences and assist managed service providers (MSPs) in streamlining management tasks.

A recent Gartner report highlighted the importance of strengthening email security defences, particularly in phishing detection and outbound email security. The IRONSCALES Winter 2024 Release aligns with these recommendations, offering enhancements that focus on fighting AI-driven phishing, credential theft, and other advanced email attacks.

The new features include autonomous remediation and real-time spam filtering powered by Adaptive AI, which reduces manual effort and enhances protection for employees. "IRONSCALES continues to set the standard for email security with innovations that make our job easier as an MSP," said Travis Phipps, Director of Technology at Enable Ministry Partners. "Their focus on automation, scalability, and ease of use allows us to deliver exceptional protection to our clients while streamlining our own operations."

Central to the release, Autopilot fully automates the handling of ambiguous and employee-reported emails using advanced multi-modal machine learning. This allows security teams and MSPs to decrease operational burdens. "Organisations need adaptive and autonomous solutions to keep pace with evolving threats," said Eyal Benishti, CEO of IRONSCALES. "With Autopilot, we deliver a seamless email security experience that combines accuracy and efficiency, ensuring teams stay ahead of attackers."

Adaptive AI SPAM Hygiene evolves continuously, learning users' preferences to block unwanted emails and minimise interruptions. This solution ensures scalable spam management for MSPs without additional overheads, countering the use of generative AI by spammers.

The release enhances outbound email security through comprehensive DMARC Management, simplifying the setup and monitoring of DMARC, SPF, and DKIM to defend against domain spoofing and improve email deliverability.

Moreover, IRONSCALES has enhanced its Security Awareness Training (SAT) by automating the delivery of training videos in the preferred language of users based on inbox settings. This improvement eliminates the need for manual segmentation, simplifying setup and personalising the training experience for users.

"With this release, we're elevating email security by delivering deeper automation and smarter tools," added Benishti. "These innovations empower organisations and MSPs to neutralise phishing threats faster, streamline their workflows, and enhance overall email security with less effort and greater confidence."
