Iron Mountain names Del Giudice as ANZ Managing Director

Iron Mountain has appointed Dominic Del Giudice as Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand to lead its commercial strategy across both markets.
He brings more than 25 years of experience in management consulting, technology services and business transformation. His role includes deepening customer and partner relationships and helping organisations use information and data as artificial intelligence and digital transformation projects accelerate.
The appointment comes as companies and governments in Australia and New Zealand continue to invest in digital systems, data management and AI-related initiatives. That has increased demand for providers of information management, storage and related advisory services.
Before joining Iron Mountain, Del Giudice founded SeeBenefit Consulting, a boutique advisory firm focused on AI and digital transformation. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Infosys, Capgemini, Accenture, IBM and Mindtree.
Iron Mountain operates globally in information management services and has been expanding its regional leadership as it seeks to strengthen its position in Australia and New Zealand. Del Giudice is expected to support its next phase of growth in the region.
Regional focus
Businesses across both countries have been under pressure to improve data management while responding to regulatory change, cyber risk and the wider use of AI tools. Information management providers argue those shifts are making the control, storage and retrieval of data more important to business operations.
Del Giudice's background suggests Iron Mountain is prioritising a commercial leader with consulting and technology experience rather than a narrower records management profile. His work across global services groups has included operational change and digital programmes.
Iron Mountain did not disclose further financial or structural details related to the appointment, describing the move as part of a broader push for growth and innovation in Australia and New Zealand.
For Iron Mountain, the hire also reflects the growing overlap between traditional information management and newer efforts to organise data for AI use. Many businesses are reviewing legacy systems and archives as they assess what information can be used safely and effectively in digital transformation programmes.
