Gallagher Security highlights success at ISC West 2025

Today

Gallagher Security has reported on its experience at ISC West 2025, where the company saw high engagement with its products and strong interest from industry professionals.

The security industry event attracted more than 29,000 attendees, according to Gallagher Security, and the company's booth was reportedly busier than in previous years.

The manufacturer used the event as a platform to showcase its latest developments, foster professional relationships and discuss ongoing trends in the security sector.

"Every year the energy in our booth grows, the relationships deepen, and the conversations get sharper. The quality of those conversations really stood out to me this year – there's a shared sense that the industry is ready to challenge the status quo and embrace what's possible." Melissa Vidakovic, Director of Marketing – the Americas, reflected on the quality of interactions at the event.

The company's new migration system, QuickSwitch, was introduced at ISC West and attracted significant attention.

Designed to enable businesses to transition from legacy systems to Gallagher's security platform with greater ease, QuickSwitch reportedly drew large crowds and became a focal point for attendees at the company's stand.

"We knew QuickSwitch was going to disrupt the show, but I was encouraged by how much the solution resonated with those who stopped to chat with our team. It's a simple concept, but it unlocks an unbelievable amount of value, which is what we heard repeated back to us over and over throughout the week." Vidakovic commented on the interest around QuickSwitch.

Chief Executive Mark Junge linked the reception of QuickSwitch to a broader shift in the perception of Gallagher Security within the Americas region.

"Many in this market have seen Gallagher as a new player on the scene, but we've been at the forefront of security innovation for nearly 40 years," Junge explained.

"QuickSwitch provides immediate access to our innovative solutions, but more importantly, it gives people access to a team of experts who deliver full-scale support on top of solutions that increase efficiency and productivity. That's the real value of the solution, and I'm thrilled it was recognised by ISC West attendees and that there's excitement about the possibilities QuickSwitch unlocks." he added.

Alongside QuickSwitch, Gallagher Security also presented the complete Controller 7000 family for the first time.

The company describes the Controller 7000 portfolio as a flexible and cyber-resilient platform. Visitors to the booth had opportunities for hands-on demonstrations, with Gallagher using real-world customer stories to demonstrate how its solutions address challenges in multiple sectors, including critical infrastructure and education.

"ISC West is always a highlight, but this year was something special. We're walking away inspired by the momentum, encouraged by the feedback, and fired up to make this a record year for the Americas team," Vidakovic stated.

Junge offered his outlook for the company following the event, stating, "The future is bright, and Gallagher Security is more committed than ever to leading with people, partnerships, and powerful solutions."
