Fri, 18th Mar 2022
FYI, this story is more than a year old

ThreatQuotient has won multiple awards across a range of categories ahead of releasing the latest version of its ThreatQ Platform.

ThreatQuotient says the wins reflect its ability to provide a well-rounded security solution and showcase the company's leadership in security operations and the impact of its platform across multiple use cases.

“We have been working towards our mission to make security operations more efficient and effective in everything we do, from fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation, to providing customers with the best service, experience and technology solutions available to solve their unique operational needs,” ThreatQuotient president and CEO John Czupak says.

Additionally, ThreatQuotient recently announced v5 of the ThreatQ Platform to prioritise data, a foundation of security operations centres (SOCs), by launching capabilities to support SOCs now and into the future.

ThreatQuotient notes that several barriers prevent organisations from maximising the benefit of automation, including budget, prioritisation issues, talent gaps, technology, and trust concerns.

The ThreatQ Platform and its latest automated capabilities allow teams to work faster and more thoroughly when defending against evolving threats.

ThreatQ's newest features include the DataLinq Engine to automatically connect disparate systems and sources for extended detection and response and Smart Collections to categorise and filter data for management and action automatically.

ThreatQuotient explains that its data-driven security operations platform assists teams in prioritising, automating, and collaborating on security incidents.

Moreover, it enables more focused decision making and maximises limited resources by integrating existing processes and technologies into a unified workspace, resulting in reduced noise, clear priority threats, and the ability to automate processes with high fidelity data.

ThreatQuotient adds that the company's data management, orchestration and automation capabilities support multiple use cases, including incident response, threat hunting, spear phishing, alert triage and vulnerability prioritisation, and serve as a threat intelligence platform.

ThreatQuotient is headquartered in Northern Virginia with international operations based in Europe and APAC.

Additionally, the company has made two key promotions: Cyrille Badeau was promoted to vice president of International Sales, and Yann Le Borgne was promoted to vice president of International Threat Intelligence Engineering.

Badeau is responsible for steering ThreatQuotient's go to market strategy throughout Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific, leading all aspects of international sales and business development to build long-term customer loyalty and partner relationships.

Le Borgne works closely with regional teams to drive international pre-sales efforts by engaging with customers and providing technical oversight to ensure the success of the ThreatQ Platform for prospects, customers and current partners.

“The growth and success of our individual team members is critical to the growth of our company.

“I am incredibly proud of the contributions Cyrille and Yann have made at ThreatQuotient, and their hand in the company's ability to earn industry awards for our products. I look forward to continued growth in 2022,” Czupak says.

ThreatQuotient says the company has signed a record number of new customers and doubled its global footprint over the last fiscal year, adding 12 new countries to its customer base.
