The partnership will initially focus on delivering consulting packages to Vocus 5000-plus enterprise and government clients including Essential 8 programs, Testing/Assurance/Red Team services and will also be able to scale up to delivery of key security product controls as well as Managed Security services like Security Information and Event Monitoring (SIEM).
"We are extremely pleased to be able to partner with Vocus on their cybersecurity initiatives with their enterprise clients," says Kurt Hansen, chief executive officer at Tesserent.
"Increasingly critical infrastructure controls are coming under cyber-attack and we look forward to working with Vocus to improve their clients cybersecurity resilience," he says.
"This partnership will enhance Tesserent's profitable organic growth through access to clients that are currently not being addressed by our current client facing team."
Andrew Wildblood, Vocus chief executive, enterprise - government, adds, "Vocus is very pleased to be partnering with Tesserent on cybersecurity.
"With the Cyber 360 offering they have assembled over the last two years, they have become a strong force in the delivery of cybersecurity solutions to enterprise clients," he says.
"When it comes to cybersecurity and secure cloud services, you need to know you have got the right level of expertise and support, and that your IT environment is operating in the way you want," Wildblood says.
"We saw during the height of COVID-19, the dramatic shifts our customers needed to make to their networks, and operating models, in order to keep their people safe and their businesses running," he says.
"Now as organisations adjust to hybrid working as business-as-usual, its critical to know you have secure foundations in place to support your business."
