Gallagher Security wins award for High Sec C7000 in Melbourne
Gallagher Security has received the Product of the Year - Alarm Systems Award at the 2025 Australian Security Industry Awards in Melbourne for its High Sec Controller 7000 (High Sec C7000).

The award was presented at an event that brought together the Australian Security Industry Awards, the Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPA), and the Australian Security Medals Awards. The evening recognised achievements and excellence throughout Australia's security sector, with industry professionals from around the country in attendance at Melbourne's Park Hyatt.
The recognition marks the third major industry accolade for the High Sec C7000 since its launch and highlights Gallagher Security's continuing role within the sector. The event was organised by the Australian Security Industry Association Limited (ASIAL).

Craig Schutte, Executive Vice President for APAC and IMEA, commented on the significance of the accolade and outlined the product's core attributes.
In 2025, Gallagher launched the High Sec C7000 - a next-generation access control solution purpose-built for high-assurance environments," says Craig.
The High Sec C7000 is manufactured in New Zealand and is designed for use in government, defence, and other high-assurance sectors. The product includes several advanced security features: Secure Boot ensures firmware remains trusted, a Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) provides software integrity and key protection, and Immutable Identity prevents device cloning. These enhancements are intended to address evolving security threats and compliance requirements.

Global context
This latest recognition from ASIAL follows international commendation for the High Sec C7000. The solution previously received the GOVIES Government Security Award for Access Control - Software/Controllers and the Fortress Cybersecurity Award in the Operational Technology category.
