CrowdStrike & Dicker Data partner to enhance ANZ security

CrowdStrike has entered into a distribution agreement with Dicker Data to deliver its Falcon cybersecurity platform to partners and customers in Australia and New Zealand.

This new partnership aims to enhance CrowdStrike's channel ecosystem in the ANZ region, by enabling Dicker Data's network of resellers and managed service providers to consolidate vendors and prevent security breaches using the Falcon platform.

The growing demand for cybersecurity solutions in ANZ prompted Dicker Data to partner with CrowdStrike, recognising the significant business opportunities afforded by the Falcon platform along with the increasing necessity of robust cybersecurity measures.

The executive director and chief operating officer of Dicker Data, Vlad Mitnovetski, expressed his enthusiasm for the new partnership. "Cybersecurity continues to be a high-growth opportunity for the IT channel, but the landscape is complex. In line with our commitment to help our partners access the world's leading technologies in every technology segment, we're pleased to be announcing our new partnership with CrowdStrike in Australia and New Zealand," he said.

Fox also emphasised the importance of collaboration between the two companies in encouraging wider adoption of the Falcon platform. Leveraging its expertise in AI and cloud transformation services, Dicker Data plans to use the AI capabilities of the Falcon platform alongside Falcon Cloud Security and other modules to modernise security operations. This approach aims to assist regional partners in reducing vendor costs and addressing gaps caused by fragmented security tools.

By integrating the Falcon platform, organisations across ANZ can address emerging cybersecurity threats more effectively while managing operational expenditure and complexity. The partnership signifies a proactive step towards addressing the region's cybersecurity needs in a dynamic threat landscape.
