BforeAI launches PreCrime Guarantee offering tenfold reimbursements

BforeAI, a provider of predictive attack intelligence and digital risk protection solutions, has introduced a significant new initiative aimed at cementing trust in their cybersecurity technology.

The New York-based company announced the launch of the PreCrime Guarantee, a breach protection pledge that promises to reimburse customers up to ten times the value of their service contract if they suffer a cyberattack due to an incorrect prediction by BforeAI's systems.

The PreCrime platform developed by BforeAI uses advanced artificial intelligence to predict, block, and preempt malicious cyber campaigns before they can impact organisations. Boasting a false positive rate of only 0.05%, the system promises rapid and reliable attack interception, ensuring that threats are neutralised within minutes.

The PreCrime Guarantee was formulated following a rigorous nine-month validation process conducted with a leading global cyber insurance provider. The insurer closely examined BforeAI’s AI models, scrutinising their performance against the company's market claims. Developing AI systems that deliver dependable, business-friendly results is critical, and the extensive validation process reinforced the credibility of BforeAI's technologies.

According to Gal Messinger, Chief Security Officer at Signify, customers are already realising the benefits of this added layer of protection. "We were already a very satisfied client of BforeAI and their PreCrime platform, having avoided multiple attacks thanks to their predictive and preemptive solution over the past two years. The Guarantee programme offers additional leverage when allocating the budget. Having this safeguard in place helps ensure that our cyber insurance premium will also stay manageable," Messinger said.

This launch aligns with BforeAI's recent successful funding endeavours. The company secured USD $15 million in a Series A funding round led by SYN Ventures, with continued support from initial investors Karma Ventures, Karista, Addendum Capital, and new backing from the Partnership Fund for New York City. The additional funds are poised to support further expansion in the U.S. market throughout 2024.
