Netpoleon partners with Drata to expand GRC automation in APAC

Tue, 18th Nov 2025

Netpoleon has entered into a partnership with Drata to distribute Drata's trust automation platform to organisations across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. The agreement will see Netpoleon offering Drata's solutions to enterprises, managed service providers, and resellers, targeting businesses looking to enhance governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) capabilities.

Distribution push

Netpoleon will add Drata's GRC automation platform to its product range as demand grows from organisations across Australia and New Zealand for ways to reduce manual compliance workloads. Drata's platform is positioned to assist businesses by streamlining audit preparation and enhancing the establishment of trust with customers and stakeholders through improved compliance.

Regional strategy

The agreement marks part of Drata's broader expansion strategy in Asia-Pacific. Channel partners will be able to integrate Drata's platform to support clients seeking to automate and mature their compliance and assurance programmes. Drata says its technology provides efficiency and accelerates the time needed to meet compliance requirements, which it believes increases customer confidence among users in the region.

"As we continue to scale globally, our partnership with Netpoleon Solutions is critical in deepening our presence in APAC and delivering trust to companies with growing governance, risk, compliance, and assurance demands," said Kevin Kriebel, Senior Vice President, Partnerships, Drata. "Netpoleon's regional expertise and extensive partner network make them an ideal ally as we help organisations automate and mature their GRC and Assurance programs."

Channel benefits

The collaboration between Drata and Netpoleon aims to empower resellers and managed service providers by allowing them to add compliance automation to their offerings. The intention is to reduce the manual workload associated with audits for end users, supporting their efforts to meet regulatory and customer requirements.

"We're seeing growing demand from organisations across ANZ to simplify GRC and build customer trust," said Daniel Ettenhofer, Regional Vice President, APAC, Drata. "Our incredible channel ecosystem is integral to Drata's growth, and we're proud to bring our platform to more partners and customers in the region through this collaboration with Netpoleon."

Meeting market requirements

Netpoleon is seeking to enhance its cybersecurity and compliance portfolio in response to demand from enterprise clients in the region. Paul Lim, Regional Director at Netpoleon Australia, said the company expects the partnership with Drata to assist partners in delivering measurable value to their customers.

"Drata's automation-first approach to GRC and Assurance addresses a real pain point for enterprises and MSPs in Australia," Lim said. "By helping organisations achieve faster, audit-ready compliance and stronger trust postures, this partnership will enable our partners to deliver measurable value to their customers."

Broader adoption

Drata reports that more than 8,000 organisations worldwide use its platform to automate compliance workflows and strengthen security assurance. This includes over a third of companies in the Cloud 100 ranking.
