LogicMonitor, SiS in AI observability push in Singapore

Wed, 10th Dec 2025

LogicMonitor has entered a distribution partnership with SiS Technologies in Singapore as it seeks wider adoption of its AI-led observability platform across Southeast Asia.

The agreement follows the recent launch of a LogicMonitor data centre in Singapore. The company is increasing its presence in the city-state as it targets demand from enterprises moving to hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure.

LogicMonitor develops software that monitors infrastructure and applications. The products gather data from on-premises, cloud, and edge systems and use AI to identify potential issues.

SiS Technologies is a value-added IT distributor headquartered in Singapore. The company has operated for more than 30 years and focuses on cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, cloud, collaboration, and AI technologies.

The new partnership designates SiS Technologies as LogicMonitor's authorised distributor in Singapore. SiS Technologies will offer LogicMonitor's platform through its existing partner and reseller network in the country and across the region.

LogicMonitor said the alliance will extend its reach among enterprises and service providers that manage complex hybrid environments. The company said customers in Southeast Asia are seeking real-time visibility and automation as they scale digital operations.

Singapore focus

LogicMonitor opened its Singapore data centre earlier this year. The facility provides local data residency and lower latency for customers in the region.

The company stated that Singapore's emphasis on digital resilience and smart infrastructure aligns with its AI-based approach to observability. It pointed to rising demand for monitoring tools as organisations consolidate systems and move more workloads to the cloud.

The new distribution agreement adds local logistics and support for LogicMonitor customers. It also provides consulting and integration services through SiS Technologies' partner ecosystem.

Richard Gerdis, Vice President and General Manager, Asia-Pacific, LogicMonitor, said enterprises are dealing with more demanding requirements around uptime and security.

"Organisations across Southeast Asia face growing pressure to maintain resilience, security, and visibility," said Richard Gerdis, vice president and general manager, Asia-Pacific, LogicMonitor. "Combining our industry-leading observability platform with SiS Technologies' proven distribution capabilities and deep understanding of Singapore's technology landscape will allow us to meet this demand. Partnering with SiS Technologies strengthens our ability to deliver local expertise, faster execution, and exceptional customer experiences across this rapidly advancing region."

LogicMonitor said the partnership will support operational resilience and digital agility for customers in Singapore and neighbouring markets. It said local expertise and faster response times are becoming more important as infrastructure becomes more distributed.

AI-first observability

The company will promote its LM Envision platform through SiS Technologies. LM Envision combines infrastructure monitoring, log analysis, and AI tools under a single interface.

The platform uses LogicMonitor's Edwin AI system for predictive insights. Edwin AI analyses telemetry data and flags anomalies and emerging risks.

LogicMonitor said this approach allows IT and business teams to identify problems before they disrupt services. The company said the tools support a shift from reactive incident management to more strategic planning.

LM Envision targets organisations that run mixed on-premises, private cloud, and public cloud environments. These customers often manage large volumes of operational data across multiple locations and providers.

LogicMonitor said unified observability and analytics can reduce complexity in these settings. The company said demand for such tools is increasing across Asia-Pacific as digital infrastructure grows.

Channel strategy

SiS Technologies will use its established relationships with resellers and systems integrators to introduce LogicMonitor to new accounts. The distributor will also integrate the observability platform into its cybersecurity and infrastructure portfolio.

The company said LogicMonitor's software fits with its focus on advanced IT and security solutions for enterprise and service provider customers.

"SiS Technologies is proud to announce this partnership with LogicMonitor as its authorised distributor in Singapore," said Sam Chng, Managing Director of SiS Technologies Pte Ltd. "LogicMonitor's AI-powered hybrid observability platform, LM Envision, aligns seamlessly with our mission to deliver advanced IT and cybersecurity solutions to enterprises and service providers. Working with LogicMonitor strengthens SiS Technologies' ability to empower our partners and customers with the visibility, efficiency, and innovation required to succeed in today's complex hybrid IT environments."

SiS Technologies said its consulting experience and technical staff will support LogicMonitor deployments. It said this includes solution design, implementation, and ongoing customer support.

LogicMonitor said it plans further expansion in Asia-Pacific through regional partners. The company said it is pursuing alliances with organisations that focus on AI-based resilience and long-term infrastructure growth.

As enterprises across Southeast Asia modernise IT and scale hybrid strategies, LogicMonitor said it will continue to invest in observability tools that maintain performance, reliability, and operational stability.
