Exclusive Networks launches Exclusive Global Solutions

Fri, 3rd Jan 2025

Exclusive Networks has announced the consolidation of its cybersecurity services under a new initiative known as Exclusive Global Solutions (XGS).

XGS serves as a single point of access for partners seeking to engage with Exclusive Networks' wide portfolio of cybersecurity solutions globally. The service aims to simplify processes by providing a streamlined approach through its platform, enabling partners to scale specialist offerings across the Exclusive Networks Group, which includes subsidiaries such as Ignition Technology, Nuaware, and NextGen.

Jesper Trolle, CEO at Exclusive Networks, explained the mission behind XGS: "Service excellence is baked into our mission to help drive the transition to a totally trusted digital world, and our world-class services play a key role in this. Technology itself is never enough. You also need expertise, skills, and specialist resources to realize the true value of cybersecurity investments. XGS is designed for delivering service excellence to - and through - our partners, to their customers wherever they may be."

Exclusive Networks implements over 10,000 days of professional services and trains more than 15,000 students annually through its authorised training centres, indicating the scale of its operations. These services are provided to over 100 vendors worldwide across more than 170 countries.

Trolle elaborated on the competitive stance of Exclusive Networks in the cybersecurity industry: "This scale is a testament to why vendors and partners chose to work with us. We offer a powerful genuine alternative to traditional services providers. A true services-led cybersecurity distributor, Exclusive Networks isn't just innovating, it's revolutionizing the cybersecurity services landscape."

The introduction of XGS is anticipated to enable partners to leverage the extensive global operations of Exclusive Networks, thereby creating distinct market offerings and generating new revenue streams at all stages of the cybersecurity lifecycle. The services offered under XGS include global deal unification, advanced consultancy services, and enhanced managed security support.

Paul Eccleston, SVP EMEA at Exclusive Networks, highlighted how XGS addresses industry challenges: "Organizations are being continually challenged to evolve their cybersecurity posture, faced with increasing costs and complexity on the one hand and the shortage of skills and capabilities on the other. This presents a significant opportunity for channel partners to become the primary provider of cyber services to their customers. With XGS, partners can address this growing opportunity, open up new revenue streams, create value and build long term trust with their customers."

The service includes a global deal desk that operates as a concierge service to manage and execute global projects effectively, removing geographical and logistical barriers. Additionally, XGS is equipped to deliver comprehensive training and accreditation, particularly for major vendors like Palo Alto Networks, and has recently been strengthened by the acquisition of Consigas.

Inclusive of over 1,800 technical professionals, including 600 engineers, the service claims to ensure the highest levels of industry certifications and accreditations. Furthermore, recent strategic acquisitions, such as Cloudrise, expand Exclusive Networks' managed services and professional services capabilities, particularly concerning vendors like Netskope.

XGS represents Exclusive Networks' commitment to delivering an extensive services package equipped to address current and future vendor needs, facilitating clients and partners in adapting to the ever-changing cybersecurity landscape.
