AI security pioneers Cylance are celebrating their latest milestone of their success, after being named one of Fortune Magazine's '50 companies leading the AI revolution'.

Cylance is the only endpoint security recognised amongst the three AI security providers, the other two being Darktrace and Sift Science.

Cylance founder and CEO Stuart McClure says that Cylance's approach is revolutionary.

“My co-founder Ryan Permeh and I recognised several years ago that only a truly revolutionary approach to endpoint security could be successful as the size and scale of cyber attacks continued to rise faster than security teams could hire,” he says.

The latest achievement is an addition to a bumper few months for the company, as they received accolades from CNBC (Disruptor 50) and Forbes (2016 Best 100 Cloud Companies).

Info Security PG also presented McClure with the CEO of The Year at the RSA Conference last week, while Cylance also won the Gold Award for Innovation in Next Generation Security.

Cylance also walked with the Silver Award for Best Overall Security Company of the Year, while Malcolm Hawkins won Bronze for Executive of the Year.

Cylance recently appointed Daniel Doimo as its new president and COO.
